If he had taken the time to talk to her he would have learned that she is partially disabled and the stool (which is made for the purpose she was using it) was a tool that allowed her to keep earning a living. The fact that the guy has been coming to this location for a long time and didn't have a regular stylist tells you everything I need to know about him. Great job Karen!

The red flag was: the lady that cut my hair was doing it while sitting on a stool the whole time and spinning my chair around and cutting my hair and bending my neck so she can see what she was cutting. Because of this single bad experience, I will never go back to Great Clips for my hair.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
