Called and reported to the head office as well but no follow up from this franchise and they don’t care customers feedback. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK YARD and save yourself.

- BABen AllenAug 2, 20251.0Writing this to warn others... do not go to Sheila at this location. She is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to cut hair. She left deep cuts in my neck from where she was marking the neckline but failed to even cut the hair below it. Super choppy and not what I was asking for also shaved my eyebrows without consent. At one point she dropped a guard on the floor, left it for five minutes then picked it up and picked it up and put it back on and began cutting the rest of my hair - didn't clean it. I typically view great clips as you get what you pay for and have the mindset that it'll grow back quickly, but often have good experiences. This was beyond acceptable.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
