She never mentioned the accident to us, and she left his hair uneven all over, as if the other stuff wasn’t bad enough. We have played absolute heck getting that boy to even get haircuts, he was always afraid they’d cut him. For this reason, he sits as still as he possibly can to avoid being cut. And now someone has; not a stay at home mom who can trim her kid’s hair, but someone who should be professional and knows what she’s doing. When my husband told her what our son wanted she had absolutely no clue what he was talking about, even though it’s a simple style. So not only does she have no clue what she’s doing, she’s negligent. My mother was a hair dresser for years and years, and I can be honest and say that cuts and scrapes truly happen every now and then. That being said, the stylist should have the care and courtesy to come tell us what happened and discuss how to make it right again. After all, the salon is liable for such things. But, no, she passed it off like nothing happened. And, to top it all off, when I asked my son why he didn’t say anything to her about being in pain, he said he was scared to tell her. My son is NEVER scared to speak up for himself, so something about her made him afraid to do so. This stylist has absolutely no business being in a salon. This is unacceptable.

It has always been difficult to find a stylist that can cut my hair the way Charlotte did. I will definitely be returning. She really knew what she was doing, I have received compliments and I LOVE the style. So grateful that she is there! And everyone I encountered at this location was kind and accommodating.
