  I was at this location labor day weekend... I spoke with an associate by the name of Joely. Spoke to her about a particular fragrance that I couldn't remember... She had no problems of letting me smell everything. She was so sweet and patient. I had never been at a Diptyque store before and she made the experience quite nice and enjoyable.

  The store is nice and clean. Unfortunately, the staff is very rude. The young lady stood right next to me with her arms crossed while I looked at the perfume as if I was a child or a thief. In 2025, it's a shame that people are still profiling people. Again, the scents are amazing so I'll just order online next time to avoid the store.

  My husband and I had an appointment on Fairview nearby. After dining at Burton’s Bar & Grill. We circled back to walk off lunch at Southpark Mall. As my husband power walked, I wandered around and looked up at Diptyque and thought why not? Honestly, I was dead tired. Barely had makeup. Just not myself because I had a meeting overnight with European and Asian scientists for cancer research. I’m first author of a review article that informs on reducing metastatic breast cancer. It’s huge! My work will impact future generations in how they will be treated for BC. I’ve had emails from around the world as my research has been seen as a significant contribution to cancer science. I was telling the employees at this store that I was exhausted because it took two years of writing, and edits to finally get published after peer-reviewers were finally persuaded by the science presented to journal in Basel, Switzerland. Over the years, after writing reviews about the places I visit, I also became a top local guide on Google. I just may be the only scientist/google influencer in the world. Ha ha! I now have over 196 million views. I just love to write & share my experience & it became a fun thing for me! Businesses appreciate when I visit because their stores or restaurants get views & it inspires curiosity & others to come check it out! When I left this store, I told my husband that there was one employee that just gave me the most “dismissive,” vibes. So much so that I reached out to Diptyque’s customer service, because I didn’t feel very welcome by her. What was awesome is Yasir, who took my feedback, immediately apologized and said we do not want any of our customers to feel this way after leaving our store or have a negative experience. He was awesome! I was so impressed by how he handled it. I believe everyone should feel seen and respected. Thanks again to customer service at Diptyque! PS Don’t let my experience stop you from visiting. The store is beautiful & the fragrances are delightful! Employees are also ready to help you pick something out. Plentiful gift ideas in this store! I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like receiving Diptyque. Check them out!

  What a wonderful shop! Both of the sales reps were lovely and so helpful. Christopher was great at explaining and breaking down the different notes we were drawn to. I had so much and am so in love with my new scent. Thank you both for a fun experience.
