  Literally never open. I am at the store DURING store hours and not once had this store been open. I have basically tried for a month. I hate it here.

  As a Diptyque fan, I was so excited to see there was a boutique in SouthPark! I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. Christopher and I had a time! We talked for a good 25/30mins about all their location had to offer. I've traveled a lot for work/personally and have been to many Diptyque locations but the service I received here was top tier!! I felt like I was chatting with an old friend which was very refreshing :) I went in just to browse but ended up leaving with 3 new candle scents! I cannot wait to try the pairing he shared and I'm excited for my the fragrance samples he recommend! Diptyque SouthPark, you've got a client for life!! 💕

  I have loved, admired and shopped at Diptique long before the SouthPark boutique opened, and I’ve always admired the elegance, and the artistry of the brand. Because of that, I truly believe the in-store experience—and especially the staff—should reflect the same level of grace, warmth, and sophistication that the products represent. Sadly, my recent visit was deeply disappointing. I visited the store with my mother and my toddler, unaware of the policy prohibiting drinks inside. My mother, who is an exceptionally kind, gentle, and polite woman despite her limited English proficiency, immediately disposed of an empty plastic cup in the garbage. What should have been the end of the situation instead turned into something uncomfortable. The lady staff, looked at us with clear distaste and said, “You can’t throw that in here because people spill things and our sink is broken.” The words themselves were sharp, but it was her tone and expression that cut the deepest. With visible embarrassment, My mother quietly took the item out of the garbage can and told me she would leave the store with my toddler while I finished paying, because she don’t feel any sense of belonging at the store. NO ONE….. I mean, NO ONEEEE should ever be made to feel that way. I don’t mind spending my money, but I will never do so again at the cost of someone’s basic human decency. This experience was humiliating, very unwelcoming, and deeply unkind. It’s the reason I will never return to this store. Staff needs URGENT training and basic etiquette in human decency, empathy, grace and kindness because guess what? Luxury is not only found in beautiful and good smelling products; but by the way people are made to feel. It’s found in GRACE, KINDNESS , the Thoughtful gestures that say: “YOU MATTER” !!! When these fundamentals are missing, even the most exquisite product cannot compensate for it.

  Perfect phone call shopping experience with SA Lee. She answered all my questions and shipped my purchases to me. I received my items quickly with no issues. Will definitely be purchasing all my Diptyque items from her.
