Before coming, I reached out with some questions and they responded immediately with helpful responses. I brought my boyfriend and he sat with me, and they allowed him to use the massage chairs as well so I wasn’t alone. The massage chairs are great, and have wonderful personalization. Tonda & Moriah talk clearly through offerings and what each service is and benefits. They will work with you to find what you need with whatever constraints you are working with. This location is very sensory friendly! The music is relaxing and quiet, while the decor & lighting are not overstimulating at all. The environment is very clean. They offer lovely flavored water that’s sugar-free (and other -free benefits) that tastes like drinking a jolly rancher! It’s very nice. Overall, a lovely experience. If you struggle with temperature regulation, the location itself is a perfectly neutral temperature and they give you a blanket, a pair of socks, an eye mask, and a warm hand towel as well as water if you’re too hot. Tonda and Moriah are very receptive and caring. ❤️
