    I’ve been in this store twice shopping for other people and the ladies are all so sweet! I don’t know a thing about makeup but someone helped me both times find what I was looking for! Either the lady at the front or the manager makes sure someone helps the customer! I really appreciate you all! Thank ya’ll so much for having excellent customer service! Special thank you to Kia today! She helped me to find everything I needed. Special thank you to the noon customer service representative /cashier she had so much patience with me! ❤️🙏🏽

    Michelle was amazing today! I had no idea what I needed, and she was so patient and helpful. She asked thoughtful questions and actually looked at my skin to help with my winter dryness. She helped me find the perfect foundation and contour stick, and George was wonderful too. Such a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

    So I went here on a weekday when I knew it wouldn’t be busy the amount of staff just roaming around talking to each other doing nothing was astounding. I also felt profiled for being in my work attire. I was there to spend a good amount of money, I was looking at to replace a good amount of makeup and invest is a whole skin care routine. I chose the Fenton location rather than one of the of malls for its convenience at the time. I left buying only a handful of items far less than was planned and have been supplementing through TikTok and amazon as I refuse to give my time to place that won’t invest its time in me because of appearance or lazy staff. In addition there was a lack of inventory throughout the location which really made me question what was going on here. Sorry not sorry Sephora but looks like another year of not shopping with you. As someone with over 25 years in sales and customer service I’m suggesting cutting your staff by 50% here as the staff level you have doesn’t seem needed. Good luck but I see this location closing sooner rather than later.

    I am taking time out of Christmas Eve to write this because what I experienced in this store was that disturbing. During the holiday season, I was racially profiled, followed throughout the store, and treated like a criminal simply for browsing. Instead of receiving normal customer service, multiple employees watched my every move. An associate accused me of stealing, claimed they “knew what I did,” and threatened to call the police—without evidence and without cause. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. When the manager stepped in, the situation became worse. Rather than de-escalating or correcting her staff, she reinforced the behavior with a hostile, degrading attitude. The profiling was blatant, unapologetic, and clearly enabled by management. I am a longtime Rouge member, and that loyalty meant nothing here. I left feeling humiliated, targeted, and unsafe. For this to happen during the holidays makes it even more unacceptable. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a failure of leadership and store culture. I will never return to this location, will not support it in any capacity, and will be escalating this to Sephora Corporate. A massive mistake was made here. Something needs to be done—starting with management.
