  I usually don't get good customer service when visiting this store and try to avoid it whenever possible, but it is the most convenient location most of the time so I do sometimes wind up coming back. I am writing the review to acknowledge that they did something right, and hopefully encourage them to continue to improve. I tried to return an online purchase but there was an issue with my return due to a disconnect between the online return label creation and the in-store system. Both the initial person at the store that tried to help and the Manager remained calm, and did the best they could to solve the problem, but it was obviously outside of their control as they don't manage the website. I had to contact Sephora Customer service on the phone to finally get it resolved, but I do appreciate the professionalism by the Sephora staff. Keep up the good work!!

  Jasmine was an immense help to my mom and myself. The store was clean and stocked while she was knowledgeable and personable. Great experience today :)

  Not a good experience. So many people on the floor on a weekday and super slow, yet only ONE person came to offer assistance and she was amazing. Wish I would’ve caught her name. Person who checked me out about threw hands when I told her I wasn’t leaving a number on file and gave me an arrogant tone. Workers just chit chatting about their life while there were customers like myself who would’ve benefited from some guidance. Super disappointed and I will definitely not be returning. Don’t even waste your time on this location.
