  I am taking time out of Christmas Eve to write this because what I experienced in this store was that disturbing. During the holiday season, I was racially profiled, followed throughout the store, and treated like a criminal simply for browsing. Instead of receiving normal customer service, multiple employees watched my every move. An associate accused me of stealing, claimed they “knew what I did,” and threatened to call the police—without evidence and without cause. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. When the manager stepped in, the situation became worse. Rather than de-escalating or correcting her staff, she reinforced the behavior with a hostile, degrading attitude. The profiling was blatant, unapologetic, and clearly enabled by management. I am a longtime Rouge member, and that loyalty meant nothing here. I left feeling humiliated, targeted, and unsafe. For this to happen during the holidays makes it even more unacceptable. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a failure of leadership and store culture. I will never return to this location, will not support it in any capacity, and will be escalating this to Sephora Corporate. A massive mistake was made here. Something needs to be done—starting with management.

  Camille was super helpful as I was shopping for someone else. The first time went into this shop the staff were unhelpful and condescending but Camille and Michelle today erased that experience, both of them treated me so well, exactly as you would expect from a high end store. Camille explained where and what everything I needed was, and showed such expertise in the store and merchandise. 10/10 would recommend the store and will shop there again.

  I usually don't get good customer service when visiting this store and try to avoid it whenever possible, but it is the most convenient location most of the time so I do sometimes wind up coming back. I am writing the review to acknowledge that they did something right, and hopefully encourage them to continue to improve. I tried to return an online purchase but there was an issue with my return due to a disconnect between the online return label creation and the in-store system. Both the initial person at the store that tried to help and the Manager remained calm, and did the best they could to solve the problem, but it was obviously outside of their control as they don't manage the website. I had to contact Sephora Customer service on the phone to finally get it resolved, but I do appreciate the professionalism by the Sephora staff. Keep up the good work!!
