Unfortunately, today the entire crew I’m used to was not there and I got an Asian lady I have never seen before. I was questioned numerous times about a haircut I have been getting at this location for over five years now. A haircut I have been getting at great clips for over 20 years. It’s in the system, never had a problem with it, but today apparently my regular haircut was not what the lady wanted? I’m not sure, it was the most awkward haircut of my life. I was told what I get was long and why did I not want it shorter. I told her I have been getting this haircut at this location for over five years. She continued on and said see this is long. Yes, that’s what I want. This continued numerous times to the point where I was uncomfortable sitting there. My normal ladies ask about the neck, rounded or squared; and they ask if I want my sideburns trimmed. I was never asked. Unless I see my normal crew show up, I think I’m off to a different location. Very upsetting. 4 stars BUT the normal crew deserves 5, no doubt.
