The short girl with the longer, magenta hair, went to her car to get me a charger, even though she wasn't my stylist, and would not let me tip her, even though I tried twice. She also has the same great old school customer service attitude as Amanda.

The front desk older lady who also did my haircut was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. From the beginning, her attitude was very unprofessional. While cutting my hair, she pulled my earring with the comb, which was very painful. She didn’t even apologize or show any concern. Instead, she looked at me like it was my fault for wearing earrings. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I’ve never been treated like this at a salon before. I later found out that many other customers have complained about the same lady, which makes this even worse. I will never visit this store again, and I will also advise my friends and family not to go there. Worst service ever.

Always checking that the length was exactly how she wanted it as she went through the layers making her feel at ease. My mother being a very finicky person… we have found the perfect person to take care of her hair!! Professional and very friendly. Will come back and will love for her to cut my hair as well. The only weird thing was as she was cutting my mom’s hair, concentrating on cutting the pretty layers, this lady would keep sweeping Kelli’s feet. I would think that’ll be awfully annoying if I’m trying to work and offer good service, to have someone constantly sweeping so close around me. I thought they did that after the fact. I wasn’t the one cutting hair and found it horribly annoying and unprofessional.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
