- RKR KOct 15, 20251.0I have been great clips many times and many locations, never had any issue like here. I am there for a beard cut my stylist a young lady looks like inexperienced which is fine. There is an other older lady who took the cutting equipment and started cutting my mustache when I asked her to leave me and stop her cutting my mustache as she is rude when I pointed not to cut hair in a direction that end up in my eyes instead do the mustache side ways she started arguing with me and shouted on me. When I mentioned I don't want to do anything with the older lady and asked for my stylist to do the cut she stopped my stylist to do any work and asked me to leave the property. I was asked to leave mid cut without cleanup just because I pointed some other older lady not my stylist to cut the mustache sideways instead of updown as mustache hair is falling in my eyes. why is there a rude person working and if a customer don't want others to do the cut except the stylist why is my stylist silent and I had to be sent out. This inappropriate rude and very unprofessional. Update: after raising complaint with BBB and corporate - I got a call from person who summerized it to an apology and internal discussion. And apparently if stylist doesn't know how do a beard and mustache cut who looked confused and had be given directions from another person- my stylist should not be called inexperienced?? I believe not know how to do your job without babysitting by other is called inexperienced. My stylist - inexperienced Other older lady who barged into the issue and created the whole issue- rude, unprofessional and kinda narcissistic ( if I were a manager, I would closely observe the lady's behavior with few customers, confirm if she is narcissistic with rude attitude problems and then fire her)

Sadly I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and tried to wash and style it the next day. I wanted it even with my jaw with layers and its so short in the back and looks like a man's cut and literally an inch from being bald and I am totally embarrassed about leaving my house with this mess. If I could give negative stars she would get it.
