I sat there & waited, til I was only customer, waiting, almost an hour. In the meantime, the waiting customers had filled back up & when girl called next customer, I was put back, to bottom of list, because of not checking in online. You need to change your sign, to online check ins, only....total BS! Everytime, I go to this great clips, there's always, something & I will not be spending my money, with this store, ever again...not that it matters to anyone that works there.
