  I had been wanting to get my nose pierced for about 20 years and I finally gathered up my nerve and decided to do it. Tattoo shops have always been somewhat terrifying places to me due to the art/decor/music selection…but Inferno is amazing! I didn’t feel like I was walking into a death metal concert or like the leader of a biker gang was moonlighting as a tattoo artist in the room next to me. It was shockingly peaceful and pleasant! The art on the walls was not offensive nor were the language and music. The employees I interacted with were all super nice. My nose piercer, Hannah, was the most sweet and gentle person and very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered every question I had and even some I didn’t! I can’t say enough good things about her and my experience. The building is clean and not scary. I would feel absolutely confident in taking my child or grandmother here! I highly recommend!

  I saw this place online. We came by. Jordan greeted us when we walked in (super nice guy) & then grabbed Hannah since I was getting a piercing. Hannah was EXTREMELY nice & informative. She went into great detail about my scar tissue from my old piercing & what the best placement for my new piercing would be. She was also very helpful explaining what my after care should be for cleaning. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next piercing.

  I had Hannah Smith as a piercer,she's so sweet,gentle,very explanatory,the atmosphere is nice every body there is also,I will definitely go back,& the most important thing is that she's very professional.-chynna

  I usually love this place, but today my family and I came in to get some piercings and there was some people in there waiting before us which wasn’t a big deal. We knew there was a wait. We did the paper work and everything. We were super excited. We saw people leave and no one came in after us. We ended up waiting over an hour with no communication of when we would be getting started. So we started to get a bit impatient because we were wondering what was going on. So when asked about how much longer it would be, they did not reassure us and said they didn’t know. Prior to that, there was a lady that seemed like an apprentice that came to us to tell us we were next when no one else was in the waiting room but we preceded to wait over 30 more minutes. It just seemed like there was a lack of empathy for our time and when asked if we could come back to get pierced because we had wait for so long and did paperwork, they did not care and basically said they wouldn’t take us because more people came in after we left due to the poor customer service.
