    Judy was extremely nice and caring, however, I am not happy with how my perm turned out. The whole perm process was rushed and now my hair just looks like waves instead of the corkscrew curls I asked for. This salon is SEVERELY understaffed. I came here because I was looking for a more reasonably priced salon and I thought this was it. Boy was I wrong. You get what you pay for so I'm taking my business somewhere else. I'd rather go to a more expensive salon and get what I ask for. Never again and a big mistake on my part for coming here.

    LEGITAMATELY left the store balling in tears. went in for my roots to be touched up-I’ve been getting highlights for years and have had not great experiences but never enough to get truly upset. I currently have a giant bleach blonde spot - like white blonde- dead center across my hairline. it looks like someone took a spray paint can of bleach and went crazy on my head. It’s going to cost double what a regular highlight would cost to fix this.
