She went over it once or twice was charged 20 for a three minute haircut those completely uneven didn’t go around the ears I didn’t even say anything to her about how to correct it. I just wanted it out of there.

PLUS: two visits ago, I had one of your coupons and the stylists changed my profile from “senior” to regular customer, and now I find i’m having to continue to pay for a regular vs senior cut every time. What has happened to this location ?

She really took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was 100% happy with the result. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!
- HWHilary WilsonMar 21, 20261.0We walked in as they opened and were the only customers. I told the lady what my 17 year old daughter wanted and showed a few pictures. She seemed rushed and a bit snippy like she really didn't want to be bothered. Probably was having a rough morning and we said nothing. I asked her to be careful of my daughter's face. She had surgery the week before and was extremely sore. I mentioned this only as a precaution. The cur awas very rushed and she didnt seem to pay attention to what was wanted. I at the end, i asked her if she minded cleaning up the loose hair from my daughters neck, shirt, and face and was told she could give us a towel. The amount of hair that was on her was astounding. I know it happens but she took no care to prevent it from being horrible. We have never seen hair left on someone after a cut like we did that day. She had it all over her face. Every possible place a hair could get, there was. I asked if she could blow her off wirh the dryer at last and she said no, it wouldnt do any good. And offered us a towel. I am sure she must have been dealing with skmething and cant be normally like that. I hope. I still tipped her just no where near the amount I normally would.my daughter walked out with tears in her eyes and very uncomfortable due to all the hair. I hope the lady has had better days since if that was the issue that day. We all have had those types of days.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
