    Ordered same day pick-up product and had my sister pick it up. We live over an hour from this salon centric location so usually we order beforehand that way it is ready by the time we pick up. My sister gets there and one of the retail workers (Cassandra) was extremely rude to my sister (the entire time I might add) and told her that they cancelled it because they didn’t have the product I ordered? Doesn’t that usually tell you on the site before ordering?! Anyway, i received a confirmation email and ANOTHER email stating that my order was ready for pick up. I might’ve been okay with this situation if the customer service was handled differently. After thousands of dollars I’ve spent here throughout the years, never in my life have I’ve witnessed such disgusting behavior. Seriously don’t work for the public if you dislike your job that much 🤷‍♀️

    We at Beverly Hills Styling Shop, absolutely love everything about Salon Centric!! The store appearance gets a 100% rating . As do the Employees that are always busy, and very helpful

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
