It was the best piercing experience I have had ever- from the position of the piercing to the healing process- it has proven to be a very hygienic and professional job! JammyLee was kind and relatable to my daughter, and we would recommend and return for services. Very much worth the expense and travel.

And yes that is the correct spelling. She was so kind and made our 6 year old feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her and my two year old WILL be going to this location and hopefully Jammy Lee will still be there.

They did an excellent job lining up the jewelry and explaining the process to me! I was also assisted by JammyLee, they went over which jewelry was recommended for that specific piercing and walked me through how to take care of the jewelry! Heather was also very nice and complimented my piercings after they had been done! I really appreciated how well organized they were and admired their teamwork!!!! I will be coming back soon for another piercing!

I called and was told the sales associate would ask the manager about discounting a replacement and never got a call back. I called again 5 days later and was told the same story. I called again and was told they would not give even a slight discount for the lost jewelry. Horrible customer service. I see this company is trying to grow quickly and hit milestones like 100 stores. Too bad the focus isn’t on the customers. I won’t be going back or recommending them.

Heather was able to re-open my second lobe piercing that had previously closed up and she also pierced my third lobe. The store is clean, cute and has a wonderful atmosphere. The jewelry is cute and I appreciate the only hypo-allergenic options to avoid any confusion. I felt very involved with the choosing of the jewelry placement and Heather made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Follow up care was discussed thoroughly and I like that I am able to go in for a reevaluation at a later date. Thank you Heather!
