Huge smile, explained to me how to sign my daughter in and just sweet positive energy! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have bothered to give this salon that much!!! I am extremely appalled by Laura the stylist (if you even wanna call her that) that cut my 13 yr old daughter’s hair this past Sunday 2/15/26!! When it was our turn, she proceeded to call out my daughters name, whom she pronounced incorrectly, no biggie, happens all time, I just corrected her with the correct pronunciation and kept it pushing. She then rolled her eyes at me and then asked me how we were cutting her hair, again I didn’t say anything whatever maybe she was having a bad day right! I told her she had a inspiration picture of how she wanted it cut, she looked at it and didn’t say anything, not a okay, not a nod, nothing that remotely lets me know she even acknowledged seeing the picture!! I then proceeded to go sit down and watch her cut my daughter’s hair bc by this point I am fuming mad by the way Laura is treating us, my daughter especially. What should have been a fun, lighthearted experience, has now turned into pure frustration and anger all due to Laura acting like someone just ran her dog over with a car!! As I’m watching her cut my 13 yr olds hair, she is continuously yanking her hair every which way chopping it. So rough that I’m seeing her neck yank back over and over. She isn’t smiling or smirking or saying one word to her! The only thing she spoke during the whole interaction was “put your head down”!!! She never once asked if she liked it or if it was the right length or anything. She was sooo extremely RUDE with absolutely no bedside manner at all!! Not once did she smile, or say hello or ask my daughter’s opinion in the cut at all. After the cut she rang me up took my money and just turned and walked off, once again not a single smile, thank you, NOTHING!!!!!!! Laura was cold and disrespectful and acted as if we were inconveniencing her some how!!! She clearly was acting like she didn’t even want to be there, let alone want us there!! If you absolutely HAVE to get your hair cut at this establishment I would steer clear of Laura!!! Great clips do better! I would much rather pay TRIPLE the money if it means my daughter and I are treated with just a fraction of respect and compassion!!!!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
