  UPDATE - Noelle is now located in her own location. It’s Goddess Brows & Beauty off of Hendersonville Rd. She’s offering even more services and the location is so good! … Noelle is AMAZING! She’s been doing my brows for years and I would never let anyone else touch them because she is the BEST!

  I made an appointment several days in advance to have a wax brow and tint with Jenna. Two days before, I got a notification that Jenna had moved my appointment back by 20 minutes, which was fine. I was on my way to my appointment when there was heavy traffic on the interstate. I called the store to let Jenna know I would be eight minutes late. I was told that they would have to cancel my entire appointment and that they did not have anything else available for the rest of the day. I asked if there was anything that they could do because this was the only brow appointment I could get before my wedding in four days. The lady on the phone was very rude and stated no there was nothing they could do because they need 20 minutes per appointment and Jenna was booked the rest of the day. I offered to give up the tint service which would cut the appointment time in half. She still stated there was nothing they could do unless I was only three minutes late. As it was clear on the phone that I was panicking, she stated that “maybe Traffic will let up and You could get here in time“. I made it to the salon six minutes late. Jenna told me that she would be able to do the wax but not the tint, which was fine. Everything seem to be going well and she briefly showed me a mirror so I could look at my brows before I left. Unfortunately, my skin gets so red that I couldn’t see much detail until I got to my car. What some of the redness faded, I looked in the mirror and realize that almost half of one of my eyebrows had been waxed COMPLETELY OFF. Most of the tail of my LEFT EYEBROW IS GONE. Not only did Jenna not even tell me, clearly there’s no time for it to regrow before my wedding. I’m so unhappy and there’s nothing that can be done. I will not be back.

  Writing this review based on the store itself. Two weeks ago we stopped by to look for a specific item for my mom. Turns out not only they didn't have it, but the staff didn't bother to greet us or ask if we needed help finding anything. It was our first and probably last time here.
