- IFIvan Flores3 days ago1.0Had a horrible experience with Great Clips this afternoon, the person(taller thin black lady around 545pm Sunday)who cut my hair had a negative attitude from when I entered and when she was cutting my hair she was making me feel rushed as if she was trying to get me out as quickly as possible and lastly as I was making my way out of the store she loudly said "He came at the last minute and didn't even tip" I will not return.

Cut my hair and then STYLED IT CURLY AND HALF WET after being told I do NOT wear it curly. I get home wash the product I didn't ask for out blowdry and straighten my hair and see that she Gave me choppy uneven layers that don't lay down and ends that are uneven and unhealthy looking. Called and was told to come back and it would be fixed. Go back. Same woman that cut my hair asked if I checked in online. I said no you cut my hair this morning. She said oh I did. I said yes I'm here to get it fixed she told me someone would be with me shortly. She did have someone in her chair. Next stylist came up and asked me if I checked in online. Said no I'm here to get a haircut fixed. She said ok someone will be with you shortly and then done nothing. At this point the stylist who messed up my hair was the only occupied stylist and I was the only other customer in the store and I was completely ignored. At this point great clips is nothing short of a joke who cannot own up to or fix their mistakes.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
