I asked her not to touch the top of my head except to taper it into the sides and she shaved it down! I asked her to leave 2.5 inches on the sides and she took it off! I will never come back here and will never recommend Great Clips Airport Rd to anyone!

She cut way too much off despite repeatedly telling her what we wanted. I would not recommend ever coming here. They are inconsistent and make you have long wait times for a terrible haircut!
