    My visit on 12/4 to get a haircut for my son - who is special need individual. The visit was totally unpleasant and very hurting. Ms. Net Williams was very very unpleasant and the first question she asked me was “does he(my son) hit and some other unpleasant word”. I was taken back for minute and put myself together staying calm, thinking that she might have had some previous bad experience making her ask this question, I answered stating that he doesn’t do all that, he can take instruction and just talk to him. I mentioned that no one asked me this question before and and she said she is going to do this because she is not comfortable. I did mention that if she is not comfortable, I am not either and continued asking if there is another person who can attend my son. She said “no” and continued attending another person when I was still trying to workout with her to do my son’s hair cut. She ignored my request and asked the other person to come and at that moment I asked for a store manager and she said, I can come tomorrow to see him and I said I am not going anywhere and waited. Eventually our name was there in the computer on top and she asked us if we are going ahead and I replied stating that if she is comfortable, I am fine. She took my son but through out the Hair cut she was repeatedly rude to me, giving me rude instructions to move because she was feeling hot. I wanted to tell her the normal instructions we share with the hair stylist but she was speaking to me with rude voice and action. I was not feeling safe until the haircut was done. Very hurt by her words and action avoiding to take us at the first place. There are many polite ways to talk to your customers if you are not comfortable with them, but Ms. Net Williams opted a rude and unprofessional way. While giving hair cut for my son, she is mentioning (in a threatening and rude tone ) that her manager is watching while pointing out the camera. Myself or my husband take my son, special need individual, to this Apex location nearly 15-16 years. Never had any issue with any other individuals. They were all kind worked with my son and us well. Apex location is great but this individual was very rude.

    Friendly and professional and did a great job with my hair - which was not easy to say the least. Karnetra was patient and wise. The entire staff was kind and helpful.

    Been a regular for many years and have been getting the front bangs beautifully done until this last visit in October. The stylist was impatient, first she cut it all the way into eyes, I asked her if she can shorten it a bit to the brows, she goes and cuts all the way to mid forehead and chopped unevenly and defends it that it’s what I asked. Thinking if I will be visiting again, if so definitely not that stylist. Ps: I gave her nice tip after all this.

    In 2025, they don't offer the option to book an appointment just one day in advance. You can't get appointment neither thru phone nor website. Imagine the level of bureaucracy and "customer care" orientation lol. When I asked if there was any alternative, the "lady" cut me off. What's worse was the incredibly rude way I was treated. Robin spoke to me on the phone as if we were soldiers in the army for 20 years. Ma'am, I'm not your friend, have some basic courtesy when talking to a stranger on the phone. Just because your system is outdated, both technologically and in its customer service, that doesn't give you the right to speak to people so ignorantly. Save that tone for your family at home, not for customers. I like Beck. She does a great haircut. But between the lack of booking flexibility and the disgusting customer service, it completely kills any desire to go back.
