    My bf placed an order for perfume online and it was lost with Purolator. When I contacted customer support, she said she would refund it as a store credit to the nearest store and before doing so looked up the store and stock to make sure it was there. Wonderful. I was so happy I was actually going to get this for Christmas. When I went to the store to pick it up, the cashier had no idea what I was talking about and told me refunds take 7-10 business days (or however long it actually takes). I explained again that it was refunded as a store credit. She looked up my account and saw nothing and then called the manager over. She had never heard of Sephora doing this. Again I explained what was going on to the manager she said "I've never heard of them doing this before" as if I was making it up. I showed the refund email which did say it was refunded as an online credit and she said "they refunded it as an online credit". I said, "I see where it says that...But why would she look up the nearest store and check the inventory if it was refunded as an online credit? That is not what she said she was going to do". And she told me to call them back. As I was about to do that, the cashier asked if I had the app, I said no, but logged in on the website because I was just showing her the email they sent. And there it said it was 'Ready for pickup' and she said "Oh. I didn't know they could do this. It's upfront, I'll take you to it". She scanned the barcode and gave me my package and I was on my way. The manager was super nice but in a way that felt like I was an inconvenience and they didn't believe me and just didn't really want to help me.

    Love this store !! Lots of variety and staff is always friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and tidy.

    I frequently visit this location and overall, I’m pleased with my experience here. The store carries a wide variety of products, which is great because I usually shop for perfumes while my wife focuses on skincare and cosmetics. During our visit yesterday, we didn’t require assistance, as my wife quickly found what she needed. The staff is usually proactive and attentive, which I really appreciate. The only downside yesterday was the cashier at checkout, who didn’t seem very welcoming—she wasn’t smiling and gave off a bit of a frown. It didn’t ruin the visit, but it did stand out.
