  I frequently visit this location and overall, I’m pleased with my experience here. The store carries a wide variety of products, which is great because I usually shop for perfumes while my wife focuses on skincare and cosmetics. During our visit yesterday, we didn’t require assistance, as my wife quickly found what she needed. The staff is usually proactive and attentive, which I really appreciate. The only downside yesterday was the cashier at checkout, who didn’t seem very welcoming—she wasn’t smiling and gave off a bit of a frown. It didn’t ruin the visit, but it did stand out.

  Girls heaven!! Lots of great products to choose from . Good customer service. But they never have samples available for some reason. Went there a few times and no samples or rewards items were available. If you’re looking to get the maximum out of your purchase, i recommend to shop online.

  last week i ended up going into the store for a specific product that i had never used before, but i wanted to try it since i saw a lot of people have good experiences with it. one of the employees approached me and asked if i needed help- i mentioned i was after a specific product but wasn't sure if they had my shade since i was very light, and that i also had no idea which shade i was but i was hoping for some help. the employee right off the bat made it seem like there wasn't a shade for me, didn't bother shade matching me, and then went over to try to show me another brand- then tested two shades on the back of my hand that were way too yellow and just kind of shrugged it off that neither suited me. it seemed like she wasn't super interested in helping me find my shade and wasn't really giving good alternative brands. i suggested a bigger brand to see if they had a shade i could maybe try, she picked a really light one, and then just had me apply it myself and let me use my own judgement with no application help. it really just seemed like she didn't care that much unfortunately, and i ended up going home with a product that was WAY too light on me, which kind of sucks that i didn't really speak up and try to direct her back to the original product that i wanted but she really just made it seem like my shade wouldn't be part of the range and that was it. the next day i went back in to exchange it. laura helped me this time, and i actually had help from her before at one point and she is very nice and knowledgeable! i told her what i was looking to get, she wasted no time in making sure she had a shade in stock before immediately colour matching me, applied it for me and showed me the difference on application and really at least made me feel like she cared about me getting what i had my heart set on. i don't want to hate on the first employee because she was nice but i don't think she really knew what she was doing? i didn't get her name unfortunately. but after the second visit, i left with a new product i actually really like that fits me PERFECTLY. laura is so sweet and knows what she's talking about and seems to really know how to match people. i really appreciate her help and her fun attitude :)

  Meh. The service I’ve received here is good, staff is super patient (even when I’ve got my loud kiddo in a stroller with me), and always around to help. However corporate has not set them up for success - no samples available? So annoying! I’ve purchased and returned a lot of product because of not being able to just try samples for a few tries (sensitive skin plus I’m just picky when I pay sephora prices). Also they don’t offer any beauty services because corporate won’t just pay to get them properly certified as estheticians.
