She was so beyond kind and professional, taking the time to walk me and my friends through each product, answering every question. 11/10, Mel is fantastic. Went in looking for nothing, walked out with the lush app and multiple amazing products. Will for sure go back to work with her!!
- PMP MFeb 18, 20265.0i never leave google reviews but i felt i had to for this one. i got so much help from the team when i visited on Tuesday. they helped me search for a face cleanser despite the little information i had, helped me find some new face products, and the staff who helped me check out clocked that my hair was low in protein and gave me a sample of hair products that have made my hair feel amazing. 10/10 coming from someone who normally says “no thanks just looking” when staff ask if i need help hahaha

Lush products are great and this is not a bad location. Last time I was in, I was offered a hand cream sample at checkout, which I appreciated. The employee let me smell it first, but I was not expecting him to then massage it into my hand for me. I understand this is something they do as part of demos in the store, but as a woman, to not be warned before being touched like that made me uncomfortable. To me, it feels intimate and not something I really want a stranger doing. I don't think there was any ill intent and the employee was nice to talk to, I just would have appreciated some better communication. Other customers might not know this is normal for the store and might feel uncomfortable too.
