I almost expected he was going to charge me more for the work he put in. He easily could have and I wouldn't have argued. Happy customer. I'm not sure how them guys are paid but he deserves top dollar!

The person cutting my hair asked how my day was…didn’t like what I had to say, sternly telling me like I was 5 years old to SHUT UP….then to get out of the barber chair and sit elsewhere until HE was ready to finish my haircut. I told him we might as well wait for the police because I’m not leaving until you finish my hair. He called police and I just left. I’m a GROWN MAN, NOBODY will tell me to SHUT UP at ANYTIME, especially in the tone he said it in. This employee deserves to be terminated IMMEDIATELY!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
