- NNNancyNov 14, 20251.0My stylist was rude from the moment I entered. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. Barely looking, she said “oh ya a pixie.” I told her I wanted it with fringe left & not too short. Some fringe on the sides & neckline. She did just exactly what she wanted. At one point I told her you’re getting it pretty short-she argued with me!!! Again I mentioned I wanted some fringe or shag left. She finished, turned me around to see the back & it is as short as a man’s!!! I just said “it’ll grow back, I said I wanted a little fringe left” Then she argued with me again when she turned me around and TOLD me that I needed my hair really short & placed her hands next to my ears. During the cut she only moved my head around or instructed me to look “down.” Other than that, I was just handled like a head in a chair, not a person. Highly disappointed and disgusted with the rudeness!! Once and done at Great Clips!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
