What a nightmare! It was wet and looked fine when we left. It's a 2 and a half hour round trip to get to you. His bangs ended up absolutely sideways, the back of his hair was choppy and looked messed up! I'm SUPER disappointed! I had to shave his hair it looked so horrible! Thanks for a wasted trip. That will be the last time you see us. Please do better for other people's kid's.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
