  I love sweat 406 and all the hot offerings this place has! I usually arrive feeling tired and I leave feeling sooooo much better. Sweaty, satisfied and great! All the ladies there are smiley and helpful.

  Just joined for some vatamins D and self care. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Booked three services today red light therapy bed was amazing now I'm get a chair message then a quick stand up.

  I go to Sweat 406 almost every day, to tan, and it continues to be one of my favorite places in Butte. They offer four different beds, and Bed 5 is hands down my favorite—deep bronzing bulbs paired with red light make such a noticeable difference. What truly sets Sweat 406 apart, is the staff. The girls are incredibly welcoming, and knowledgeable. After a couple of months, I felt like my color had plateaued, so I asked for advice. They took the time to explain what could help, gave me great tips, and recommended a lotion that honestly took my tan to the next level—in just two sessions. I’ve been going to Sweat 406 on and off for about ten years. I’ve moved around, but every time I come back to Butte, I come back to Sweat 406! Beyond tanning, the sweat studios are amazing. Whether it’s yoga, Pilates, HIIT, or cycling, there’s something for everyone and fitness level. It’s a space that supports both wellness and confidence, and I can’t recommend it enough!
