- SSShellyDec 14, 20255.0I’m so happy they finally have an educated and HELPFUL employee in the store and I don’t have to deal with the usual children who work there, They are so rude and uneducated. I wish she would be able to go to the new full Sephora so I can shop with her for more products, But for now, I’m happy here because I will not be going back to that full Sephora. Thank you Michaela! You were So wonderful and so helpful to me and my young girls.

The lady at the register, was nice, but acted kind of annoyed that I had my younger girls looking around. My girls were so excited to finally have a Sephora close, but our first experience could have been better. I understand it was busy, & I’m sure she was probably overwhelmed. She was prompt & informed us when she had to step away. So, overall, she did a great job. The items we purchased, were the exact ones we had went for, & the selection was excellent! The ladies at the Kohls checkouts were great!! I will definitely be returning, often lol I just have to keep in mind that our old Bozeman vibe, doesn’t exist anymore 😏
