The store and products were filthy. The employees are rude, uneducated, and their clothes were dirty and stained. I waited 30min trying to get someone to help me. Might as well gone to Ulta because there’s no luxury Sephora experience here. At least hire some educated girls, or do better training! If I need to go to Sephora, I will be stopping at the small location inside Kohl’s

Currently 15 people in line in this over crowded store so maybe getting people out the door should be a priority?

I would travel to this location everytime just to get as good as service from Heidi!
