- AKArlene McCann KordickMar 24, 20261.0I have been very happy there until yesterday. The young girl that cut my hair did not use a #5 clippers on my back and she lied and said she did. She wouldn’t turn me towards the mirror at all even after I insisted. She told me her life story about her husband leaving her, taking the kid, getting a restraining order on her and putting her in a mental hospital. She complained because her Abilify medicine cost $800 a month and she’s bipolar. I did not appreciate hearing her life story that’s very inappropriate. I ended up having another lady finish my hair. That’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had.

They dont trim ar I understand. They cut across. I dont notice until I get home so I just wait until next time and tell them trim AROUND my ears NOT across. I guess they dont know how.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
