The owner is “never” wrong is her attitude, which is unfortunate when you are a struggling business owner. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment and she greeted me with passive aggressiveness from the moment I arrived. I asked her if I should just leave since she was treating me so poorly and she said yes, which I was happy to do. Who needs this treatment when you are going to get pretty and pampered?! No one was in the store, they weren’t busy. They have zero tolerance for other peoples busy lives and they’ll tell you it’s about respecting their professional schedules and that maybe we should go to a more flexible salon. Obviously no one ever intends to be late. It would be great if they could show some grace. All of us are busy! Appreciate your clients, not scold them.
