I showed up to my 5:15 appointment only to be told my appointment was at 4:15..I figured I must have made the mistake and that was that until I looked at my screen shot that showed I had in fact scheduled the appointment at 5:15. When I called to ask about the error the lady I spoke with became very argumentative and extremely rude. To top all of it off I was still charged! I was so excited for this appointment and had been waiting all week for it as I leave for a trip in the morning. Did not in fact even ask for a refund. I did ask for clarity on the charge as I was not seen. Zero “demands” were made. I just wanted to clarify as my records showed something different. I think this response goes to show the lack of professionalism and empathy which was what drove me writing this review in the first place.

Both were professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Strip is very welcoming and the space is clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for expert care and great vibes!
