The stylist soaked my head so badly that water was dripping everywhere and I left with a wet shirt, then decided to change my part without asking and cut it wrong. I had to stop him, fix the part myself, and then repeatedly point out uneven sections and chunks of hair sticking out because it looked awful. I asked for a #4 on the sides and somehow walked out with a butchered 1.5 taper instead. The entire cut is uneven, sloppy, and looks like it was done by someone who has no idea what they’re doing. Complete waste of money, zero professionalism, and by far the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Going in to this location specifically, is the only way we are able to enjoy getting that luxury because of how wonderful the atmosphere and professionalism is. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
