- VCVictor CompeanFeb 28, 20265.0Got a hair cut by Pui and she did a great job. I’m definitely going back to her. I am not from Montana and I have only one person back home who I let cut ny hair. Took me long time to find this stylist because all other places I always found something wrong. I came up here to work and needed a cut. I took someone’s advice to go to Pui and definitely she did an excellent job. While I’m here definitely will keep going back to her. I got a man’s cut, considering my odd head shape and the thinning of my hair. Pretty much it doesn’t take nothing to make it not look good but Pui made the cut look great.

The stylist soaked my head so badly that water was dripping everywhere and I left with a wet shirt, then decided to change my part without asking and cut it wrong. I had to stop him, fix the part myself, and then repeatedly point out uneven sections and chunks of hair sticking out because it looked awful. I asked for a #4 on the sides and somehow walked out with a butchered 1.5 taper instead. The entire cut is uneven, sloppy, and looks like it was done by someone who has no idea what they’re doing. Complete waste of money, zero professionalism, and by far the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
