All I asked for is to trim my ends because I'm letting it all grow out. My hair is curly naturally and this day I had it parted to the side and this man went off that to start trimming not going off the middle. I had to ask him to part it down the middle before cutting more. My hair has different lengths now instead of all the same. I'll have to go to a professional now to see if they can do anything for it. I took a chance at Great Clips but I'll never go back or recommend it to anyone. I was very polite to this man and dud not say anything about his job and he was very polite too but he don't know how to cut curly or maybe any long hair.
