Looked up each time a customer was finished with their haircut to hear the name of the next up client. After 33 minutes+ of waiting, many more customers walking in and being served, I noticed my name was no longer on the check-in and the app said “Sit back and relax and enjoy your haircut”. I wasn’t even served. This is the second time this has happened at this location. At one point there was only one or two people in the Lobby with me. Taking my haircut somewhere else.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
