- RRRenDec 1, 20201.0Jcpenney salon is nothing but a money making scam. The store manager sets the tone of the salon. And I was not impressed by her attitude nor performance!! The services offered are not the best!!! You may have long wait times or stylist who leave you in the care of other stylist. Prices quoted on the phone "magically" change once you're in the styling chair. And let's not forget all of the added charges they'll mention once they're ringing you up. Please do yourself a favor....and find a stylist who cares about you and your hair!!! I'm so thankful that I did.
