  Story time. I took my daughter here to get (what I thought) was a relatively simple haircut, the lady that cut her hair did an absolute terrible job 😭. My daughter showed her a picture of exactly what she wanted, the lady took a quick look and said she could do it. Because my daughter went from mid length to above the shoulders, I figured the stylist would at LEAST ask her a few questions about what exactly she wanted before she started chopping hair. The stylist didn't ask my daughter a single question the entire time. Like at all, much less about her hair. I requested that she get a shampoo, and after she claimed to be "done" with the cut, she didn't even offer to dry her hair, I had to ask, (she even tried to charge me for it after even though it was included with the price of the shampoo) I wanted it dried because I had a feeling wasn't going to look right once it was dry. Sadly, I was correct. She had to have another stylist attempt to fix it but she had cut so much off the first time there wasn't much that even could be done. I forgot to mention that the lady wore sunglasses throughout the entire service! My daughter and I both didn't want to ask why because we didn't want to seem rude. By the time we were done my daughter was devastated, she was trying so hard to not cry in the store and I KNOW both of those women could tell she hated it. She DID cry the entire way home. I should have known better I guess 😞 I should have never taken her there!

  Amanda is a great hairdresser. Cut my hair exactly like I wanted and took her time.

  It was my first time going to a great clips, and this new location is amazing! The staff there were all really sweet and welcoming. I got my haircut by Demetria and she was amazing, the detailing she did with all my layers was spot on! My daughter got her hair cut by Martha, she was so kind and tentative to my daughter. Making sure to make her feel comfortable the whole time! We both left out happy with our hair cuts and can’t wait to go back! Thank you both so much!!

  So glad I happened to see the $4.99 haircut deal, I took my boys there and 3 different ladies cut each of their hair, and all 3 did a great job! We’ll definitely be going back to them from now on. Thank yall!
