She replied, im not being rude, And there’s nothing else I can do for you. And hung up, on me. I ordered products 100.00 , And had it shipped to me. I explained to the manager as she let me know, who she is. MEKA! Well I ‘m OLD SHOOL NOT USE TO VERY BAD CUSTOMER SETVICE. Oh and she didn’t have info for her manager for me to reach.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
