  I made an appointment and the lady called in sick. I hadn't cut my hair in 7 years and was pretty excited. They said that they had called me but I don't answer numbers I don't know. I was disappointed.

  I did use this business before but called to make an appointment and lady was not polite. I was told no one would be there Saturday to do a kids cut and she went on to say it was just her and another lady blahh blahh blahh ... will not go back to this salon.

  Waited for 30 minutes while being ignored by a White lady only to be turned away. She looked like she was doing her friends hair long before the store had opened. I tried booking online and calling with no response. The nice Black woman with the pretty braids came in, clocked in and helped me right away. She also apologized. I won't be going back.

  Super friendly staff, gave lots of advice on how to get my hair to grow healthier. I have natural hair and they washed, did a blow out, and trimmed so effortlessly ..before and after

  They got me right in. And they looked at the pictures I wanted to specify what I wanted and were very accommodating, very nice. I got exactly what I wanted. Myrl was very helpful, it was even offered to me to come back for a little free tweaking if I felt I needed it in a day or two after I styled my hair. I left happy and satisfied with my cut.
