- KKKatelyn KingAug 20, 20251.0The new rule about requiring a membership number is ridiculous! You can’t even look up an account by phone number or name anymore. Not everyone uses the app or has their membership number memorized. When I asked for help, the employee was very rude and just pointed out that “there’s a sign.” That’s not helpful customer service at all.On top of that, the newer staff members have been consistently rude. Today, they didn’t even ask if I wanted to purchase a bag and expected me to just carry everything out. Because of this, I will no longer shop at the Gulfport location. Mobile will be the only location I bring my salon business to from now on.

I've been sitting outside of the store on hold. Every single time, I have been turned away. And after this happening every time shop here and this being the only place I can get the color I need it doesn't make sense. We JUST WENT DIGITAL IN ms this year. We couldn't even make an account through the app unless we lived in Alabama. I dont blame the young ladies in there either, I get its their job. But mississippi isnt even on the list to be verified, it has to be done by email and mail. I tried to be understanding and have sat on hold and now get to wait until my license gets approved. This is a very frustrating system for people whos licenses are in MS

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
