Get home, wash and blow dry left side of my hair is longer than the right with my usual middle part, curtain bangs did not start at the same part of my face. And someone else even checked the hair cute before I left and approved the hair cut.

- GGGwenMar 18, 20262.0I told her I would like a bob with undercut to my shoulder. She wet hair and cut. Asked how I liked it. Couldn’t tell much since it was wet. It was a cold day. When it dried my hair was uneven. I don’t want any more cut off ,because it will be too short. Hopefully it will grow quickly, so I can get it cut some where else. Now I know why no one was there. I have been a regular customer for more than 20 years, but not at this salon.

I did get just the basic trim. but I still think it could of use more off my hair has done nothing but give me trouble ever since she chopped on it. don't mean to give a low rating . but she needs to go back to cosmetology school.
