- KKKristenNov 14, 20251.0My hair is ruined. Nothing like I asked the stylist to do. I already have trust issues going to salons because you never get what you ask for. With the stylist being the manager and having over 30 years experience I thought that it would be done right. She over charged me for a silk press when I have relaxed hair and I did not ask for a silk press.the stylist also burned my forehead 3 times and the side of my head with the straightener which is going to leave burn marks on my forehead. She also refused to take my 20% off coupon because in her words “she’s an elite stylist”. The coupon said 20% off of and style over $30. Nowhere on the coupon did it say “regular stylist”. I am utterly sad and Devastated that I had to pay $150 for a butchered hairstyle when I scheduled a $65 style. I’m never going back. Stylists needs more experience with African American hair. Silk presses are done on natural clients. Not relaxed clients. I am extremely disappointed

- SHStacy HernandezJul 19, 20241.0Salon scheduled an appointment for me at 2:00 p.m. When I arrived all the doors were locked stating that there was a Microsoft shortage? The salon sent someone to let me in and she said that my appointment was with her and she wasn't aware of it being scheduled. She asked me what service I needed and I told her as well as the price I was quoted. She said it was going to be almost double and that I'd have to have cash if I wanted her to do that service! I told her absolutely not when I was quoted a fair price and had booked the appointment based on that. Now I understand why it was so easy to get an appointment scheduled right away. Very Bad Experience!
