- DEDavid EatonDec 1, 20221.0I was very disappointed. I went there tonight and spent an hour with my daughters finding things they wanted. Once we went to the register and I tried to pay. It kept saying my card was declined. I told the cashier I was using my Sephora credit card. She stated that they don’t currently take the Sephora card in store. That is ridiculous!! Is kohl’s trying to keep a ahold or premium on their cards instead? I understand you all moved out of JCPenney but Jesus get your ducks in a row. I’m currently a rouge member in your beauty inside program. However, I don’t know if I’m shopping with Sephora again.I want someone to just check and see how much I have spent with the company the last year. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands and yet your own cards don’t work at your own stores. Ridiculous!! Someone from corporate needs to be fired immediately.
