I had some lashes that were just a little longer after my fill, I emailed them and they got me in the very next day to fix it! The staff here is so caring and will take care of you!! My lashes fell off the adhesive multiple times and were not fixed whatsoever. The lash lift came out incredibly dull and the quality was not worth it for what I payed. I’ve had multiple lash lifts elsewhere in the past, however, decided to come to this spa because they had availability before my vacation. Tech allowed me to walk out with a subpar product and still charged me full price. If you don’t have the correct adhesive, or can’t manage thick lashes don’t compromise on the outcome just to get business. Charging someone full price for a result they could do on their own at home is ridiculous.
