- THTracy hSep 7, 20251.0if I could Id leave no stars. the service my bestfriend and her niece got was terrible, Sheila was very inappropriate, unprofessional and totally uncalled for. people go to get their hair cut to feel good about themselves and treat themselves. they don't go there to be embarrassed or judged.my bestfriend was in tears after leaving this great clips all because she told Sheila she had a budget and wanted to know just how much a cut and shampoo was. Shelia got an attitude and proceeded to slam calculator down and add up and tell my friend how much it was with a roll of the eyes and sighs like it was a hassle and below her to check. when my friend explained she had a budget shelia laughed with another lady ,like it was some joke. then she took my friend over to get shampooed and said loud enough to make people look and laugh saying we check heads before we mess with them and proceeded to check my friends head really really well making my friend not only feel embarrassed and dirty but judged and laughed at. the lady then aloud said you have dandruff don't you. her whole demeanor and attitude was very unkind and unprofessional. there was other customers there laughing and staring. even the other hairstylists laughed. my bestfriend is a great person with a huge heart she takes care of old people and her family, she works too hard and all she wanted was to treat her and her niece to a hair cut and shampoo to feel good but ended up feeling dirty embarrassed and laughed at it was beyond rude and unprofessional she did not deserve that at all. that stylists should be fired they give great clips a bad name. sheila went out of her way to embarrass and be mean to my friend for no reason. it was horrible. people need to treat others how you wanna be treated you don't know what others are going through in life. it wasn't Sheila's job to go out of her way to be mean and unkind to a customer she's there to do hair and make people feel good when leaving there. she definitely failed today with my friend. I truly hope the right person sees this and has a talk with her, God forbid she treats another customer how she treated my friend. I would not recommend going to this location.
