- JCJennifer CapellFeb 27, 20261.0Normally I make sure my son gets Terra. She is wonderful. I don’t understand why no one else there will listen to what it is you actually need. It’s worse than being ran through like a fast food restaurant. My son and I both got our haircut at the same time the person that cut my hair I requested an inch off all around she decided I didn’t need that and didn’t give me an inch off all around. She told me she didn’t think I would disagree. I did disagree. I advised him exactly what my son wanted one around the back sides. by the time we left, the top was just as short as the sides so basically had no style to it. I’ve decided we won’t come back anymore.

I got a absolutely TERRIBLE haircut from the man working. I had 20 inch hair and asked for 5 inches cut off and curtain bangs and layers. I gave a precise unstyled inspo photo. I ended up with weird bangs, no layers, and about 10 inches in total cut off. I am not one for confrontation so I just paid and cried on the way home. Its probably my fault for not speaking up and letting him cut my hair in the first place but just a heads up if you want a decent hair cut dont let him do it.

He decided to try them again today and he didn’t even stay in there for 5 minutes because it stank so bad. It smelled like someone literally pooped themselves in the chair. 0/10 don’t go

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
