I went to get my hair cut today and there was an older lady who sat on the first chair on the left side and she did not know what she was doing. The whole time she kept saying how good it looked but the front half of my head was 2 inches shorter than the back half it would have made sense if it was blended but it was not. Now i will have to get all my hair cut to the shortest length she cut. My goal was to keep it as long as possible and now that cant happen because the way she cut it. She had a thing she put on my back to make sure it was the same length and it didn’t even work. My hair is now botched and i am so upset. I will never come here again and for that lady you should not be cutting hair. She was an older lady with grey hair and a gap in her front teeth i didn’t get a name but don’t let her cut your hair!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
