There was no pressure and so much support in making sure I was both educated with new products and purchased exactly what I want. Kind, funny, welcoming staff! Obviously the quality of the product is top tier as well. Love my LUSH!

Jake, Florence and the lady with blue bangs (apologies for not getting her name) were so extremely helpful and nice. I've never had this experience at a retail store before, they literally will let you try almost anything (and the perfumes are still long lasting after hours of leaving the store) and they have samples if you're uncertain whether one product is better for you than another. They are extremely sweet and make for a wonderful experience, and the products are so nice compared to what you'd get anywhere else. Solid 10/10.
