The first time I used it was amazing: the under the skin red bumps that I always had completely went away in 2 to 3 days. Soon the little white heads also disappeared and I have never looked back. It doesn't dry out my skin but it takes care of the pimples that never seemed to come to a head, couldn't be "dried out" with benxyl peroxide etc. My daughters, whose skin does the same thing as mine have also used it for years. Whatever the carrier for the salicylic acid isn't greasy, doesn't leave a film on your face or pill up under makeup either. I have tried other products but they just don't work as well. I think this stuff is genius.
