We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I was up in stl to go to the zoo for my birthday with my best friend, and this was the second time I’d ever been in a lush and my first time being able to buy things! He was so incredibly kind and helpful, showed me all sorts of different products that I was interested in, helped me find the scents that I liked most. Truly was the most helpful and kind person I’ve met, much less had help me in a store, in a long time. Super cool dude, to the point his boss had to tell him to go on lunch break and he made sure to get me a sample of this awesome facial cleanser before he left. Honestly he went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. His boss(beautiful lady with pink hair and gorgeous makeup) helped me a bit afterwards, and she was also wonderful. Sadly, I can’t remember her name or the name of the next nice girl to help me, but they were all so kind. I’m autistic and have adhd, so sometimes stores like this can be imtimidating for me. I was extremely excited and a little overwhelmed, and they were nothing but helpful and kind the whole time. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m up in stl near the end of October. I hope someone can send my appreciations and thanks to the team members mentioned above that were working on September 27th, 2025 during the afternoon, I left around 3:30 so likely between 2-3:30pm, , and if not please know that there are some fantastic people here and it truly makes me wish I had a lush closer to me

They took the time to help me find the perfect pick me up gift to myself. In today’s world it’s not often that people are genuinely kind, I will definitely be back! Thank u Jake, Leah, & Flo and all the rest of the staff that day❤️😁
