I can tell the workers genuinely love their job, I talked with lily and she showed us many different perfumes we would like, different conditioners for our hair types, and had great communication skills that made the entire encounter amazing. I ended up loving her recommendations and can really tell the company supports environmental health and customer care.

She was very helpful showing me all the different gift sets since I was grabbing one for a friend. My experience very calm (as I get anxiety going into stores by myself), and I appreciate that she gave me my space to shop and look at things at my own pace. I was also given a wonderful check out experience, and was so kind to offer samples. Her friendliness and welcoming attitude is what will bring me back to this location :)

She has turned me onto products that are now essential for my daily routine, knowing what id like before I even know. Give her the raise the promotion and all the good things... her product knowledge is top-tier. Finding this kind of help in retail-land 2026 is not easy, give her whatever she wants.
