I walked in 20 minutes before closing, and there’s multiple people cutting hair and only one on the waiting list. I come here all the time and this is ridiculous. She was clearly being lazy! What’s my normal lady in here was working. This lady is absolutely rude and I will not be going to another great clips due to her.

Ariel(or maybe Arielle) did an incredible job—she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. Even though the salon was busy, she never rushed and was kind, patient, and professional. I’ve never had a consistent stylist before, but I’ll definitely be coming back specifically to see her!

The girl cut my hair dry which I thought she was getting just the length dry, didn’t know what a shaggy bob was, and completely messed up my hair. I had to say something and I’ve never had to do that before during a haircut. They said it’s guaranteed but I’m so upset I do not want to go back to this salon. Maybe she does better hair for men? Didn’t seem like she had much experience with my type of hair at all. I’ve had bad haircuts from Great Clips but this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had….

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
