A trim with medium length layers to give my hair more movement. She was very fluid with her technique, which gave me confidence she knew exactly what she was doing. I would definitely see her again for my next haircut. Great Professional! Thanks Alicia! Also wanted to shout out to Ashley. I oversaw her take a walk-in appointment for a client who had some health difficulties. She was very patient and kind. Great to see such caring people. Thanks Ashley!

- CCC CAug 18, 20251.0I’ve been here twice and both times I had to go somewhere else to fix my hair cut. You’d think a guy asking for 8’ on the sides and back with a 1/2 inch off the top wouldn’t be asking to much, but for the old hippie guy cutting hair anything outside of packing a bong is probably to much for him now. I won’t be making the same mistake for a third time. I’d suggest anyone no matter how simple your haircut might be to go anywhere else even a different great clips.

- AKAmber KleineAug 1, 20251.0I know you get what you pay for but I was pretty disappointed with our visit. We came in for a child’s cut. Wait time was short, used the online check in, which is super convenient. There was minimal inquiry to understand what we wanted done. I thought she would ask if we wanted a hair wash first because I saw the shampoo bowls and there was no line. She didn’t ask and I didn’t push it. She sat my daughter down and after we determined the length, she sprayed down the bottom half of her hair, started trimming along the bottom of the hair only, and was done in maybe 5 minutes or less. I don’t think the comb touched the top 50% of her head the whole time, there was no thorough checking to measure or assess all of her hair. I even asked, do you want to trim the rest of it or check the layers? She replies with “I think it’s all the same length”. It was something I definitely could have done in my kitchen with zero training. As expected, we got to dinner that night and saw all the uneven parts all over her head. Good thing we’ll resort to ponytails. Will not return to Great Clips. When will we learn our lesson?

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
